The specifications of goods on this Website may be altered as a result of our continued effort to improve product quality and performance where possible.

Availability

All goods are sold subject to avalability.If an item is out of stock for whatever reason ,we will only ship the avaliable goods and the remainder of your order will be despatched or moneys refunded  within 7 working days and any additional postage will be at a cost to ourselves ..
.We will not substitute products without contacting you first

Prices


The price of the goods shall be the price listed on the web site on the date of your order.All prices displayed on the web site are quoted in Uk pounds sterling,and must be paid for in full including packing and delivery
charges.

Ordering

We will treat each order of goods which is confirmed when you click on the 'Confirm Order' button in the purchase screen ,as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions

We shall supply you subject to availability with the quantity and the specification of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.

Payment

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website.Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full .Payment is authorised immediatly upon transaction of your card details.
Payment made by cheque will need to be banked and cleared through the T A S S  account,which takes approx 7 working days Upon successsful clearance of the cheque ,the goods paid for will be shpped .All cheques are to be made payable to 

 T A S S


Delivery

Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver promptly but cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failing to deliver promptly,factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control .We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment.All goods are sent via (small items under £10) by 1st class recorded Royal Mail or (large items worth over £10) FED EX 24 -48 hour courier services  prices are shown at point of order. Most items ordered before 12 midday are shipped same day .  
Motor scooters are NOT delivered free for any reason. Collection is in person Or delivery can sometimes be arranged at an extra cost that may not be stated at the point of order .Risk or damage or loss shall pass to you at time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

The free postage over £150 excludes engines and scooters

Returns Policy

Tass wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.If for any reason you are not happy with your order we will refund the value of the goods supplied, provided that you first notify us of your intention to cancel, and that the goods together with the original invoice are returned to TASS in perfect condition to the address specified on the invoice within 7 working days after the day of delivery.
A certificate of posting should be obtained as we cannot be responsible for the non delivery of goods to our address without it.The cost of posting the goods back to us must be wholly covered by the customer and not ourselves.Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been used or fitted by you.You must take good care of the goods while they are in your possession.  TASS  will repay you the value of the goods without any further charge to you once they have been received at our address in good condition.

Non returnable items  

Helmets ,clothing (unless faulty),carb jets and needles , shims,special ordered items not stocked,
 

Damaged or defective goods

If in the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective in any way you must imform us as soon as possible, stating the order number and the problem. Failure to do so will deemthat you have accepted the goods. The goods should be returned to TASS .If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item, then we will refund the value of the returned goods to the original payment method.

Choice of Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. TASS is a privately owned business whose head office address is
