The cost of delivery worldwide depends on how much you spend and our rates are as follows:
- £2.20 if you spend up to £3.99
- £3.50 if you spend between £4.00 and £9.99
- £5.95 if you spend £10.00 or more
PLEASE NOTE: Small parcels ( under 1kg are sent 1st class signed for, or under 2kg sent 2nd class signed for, that are under 42cm L , 32 cm W & 15cm H) are sent via Royal mail to ENTIRE UK . Any parcels larger or heavier than this are sent via Interlink Express or Fedex to MAINLAND UK only, EXCLUDING POSTCODES that are Scottish Highlands AB 31-56 ,PA,IV,PH,HS1-9,KA,KW,ZE,TR21, and all UK islands IOM,IOW,NI,CHANNEL ETC . If you think your postcode come under these , then please contact us FIRST for a quote for postage prices.
For rest of Europe prices start at £12 for small parcels, depending on weight/size and value. For rest of world prices start at £20 again depending on weight/size and value.

Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver promptly but cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failing to deliver promptly, factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control .We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment.
All goods are sent via (small items under £10) by 1st class recorded Royal Mail or (large items worth over £10) FED EX /INTERLINK EXPRESS 24-48 hour courier services. Prices are shown at point of order.
All shortages in parts supplied must be reported to TASS within 36 hours upon receipt.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS who place an order will be contacted with the postage rates and we will send you a payment link by either PAYPAL or SECURE CREDIT CARD ,
Exports Goods delivered overseas may be subject to local import duties, please check on your local government web site. TASS will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred.
While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to complete the delivery of all the goods ordered, and the goods may not be available within a reasonable amount of time ( 30 days ), and where a substitute product is not acceptable, we may, at our discretion, dispatch the order incomplete. In the case that the goods have been paid for by cheque, a clearance time will be required to be able to make a full balance refund.
Most items ordered before 12 Midday are shipped same day.
Motor scooters are NOT delivered free for any reason. Collection is in person or delivery can sometimes be arranged at an extra cost that may not be stated at the point of order. Risk or damage or loss shall pass to you at time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
The free postage over £200 is for UK mainland customers only paying by credit /debit card GBP. Excludes engines, AF tuning products, parts that are already discounted, postage overseas including British islands and highlands, scooters,and payments by PAYPAL (if you are unsure, please contact us first).
TASS wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we will refund the value of the goods supplied, provided that you first notify us of your intention to cancel, and that the goods together with the original invoice are returned to TASS in perfect condition to the address specified on the invoice within 7 working days after the day of delivery.
A certificate of posting should be obtained as we cannot be responsible for the non delivery of goods to our address without it. The cost of posting the goods back to us must be wholly covered by the customer and not ourselves. Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been used or fitted by you. You must take good care of the goods while they are in your possession. TASS will repay you the value of the goods without any further charge to you once they have been received at our address in good condition.
A proof of purchase/receipt from TASS is required for all items returned under warranty.
Helmets, clothing (unless faulty), carb jets and needles, unwanted used items, shims, special ordered items that are not stocked.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If in the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective in any way you must inform us as soon as possible, stating the order number and the problem. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods. The goods should be returned to TASS. If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item, then we will refund the value of the returned goods to the original payment method.
Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. TASS is a privately owned business whose head office address is 114 Northdown Road, Margate, Kent CT9 2RE.
Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority standards department or citizens advice bureau.
