For all Lambretta small block engines 125cc, 150 & 175cc .

Kit contains :ALUMINIUM BARREL WITH NIKASIL BORE, CYLINDER HEAD, PISTON PLUS RINGS, GUDGEON PIN PLUS CIRCLIPS BOTTOM GASKET, INLET AND EXHAUST STUDS, NUTS.

The Casa kit is designed for standard conrod lengths : 58mm x 107mm. Excellent well-made kit, can be used with standard or bigger carbs.

We recommend you upgrade the rest of your engine before fitting this kit ie quality GP crankshaft , bearings,oil seals,clutch etc 

Other helpful tips for the fitting of the Casa 185 are : Set the ignition timing to 17-19 degrees BTDC for fixed systems or to retard to that point for variable systems. With a 22mm-25mm carb and Clubman exhaust ,a 5.00-1 top gear ratio is adviseable, although the kit will pull up to 4.8-1 ratios (depending on rider,carb,exhaust used). With a 22mm-25mm carb fitted, GP200 settings are a good starting point. As with most Lambretta engines the squish should be set  1.2 - 1.5mm. The Casa 185 works happily with a Lambretta type standard  S3 airbox set-up but this is more effeciant if the internal baffle is removed.

Do NOT use the Casa 185 kit with a small-necked Series 2 type airbox.

The kit comes without a head gasket and doesn't need one.
